Prices are subject to confirmation at the time of order. Where a mistake in the price has been realised after payment has been made ‘Olivine Design LLP’ will offer the following remedies:
a. Where an overpayment has occurred the customer will be reimbursed
b. Where an underpayment has occurred the customer will be given the choice of making up the difference or cancelling the order and receiving a refund.Payment in advance is required for items being manufactured to order. A Pro Forma Invoice or Sales Order for the amount due will be sent on receipt of a confirmed order. The stated delivery period will only commence from the time payment in full is received.

UK DELIVERY COSTS

All item prices from ‘Olivine Design LLP’ exclude delivery costs which are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY PARTNERS

We have chosen to partner with several different delivery and courier companies to deliver the best service possible. The most appropriate will be used depending on the size, weight and delivery location of your order. Tracking details are available on request by sending an email to hello@olivinedesign.co.uk  All deliveries will require a signature. If you are not at home, a slip will be posted through your door and you can arrange a convenient time with the delivery service. Although every effort will be made to deliver the stipulated items on time, ‘Olivine Design LLP’ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control. This covers issues that may occur prior to the goods arriving with ‘Olivine Design LLP’, examples being manufacturing delays caused by strike or natural disaster and freight delays however caused, but not limited to these.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Please note that whilst we deliver to most UK postal areas, geographical location and carrier availability may restrict our service.Unless ‘Olivine Design LLP’ is advised of any access restrictions prior to the customer placing the order for products, ‘Olivine Design LLP’ will not be held responsible for being unable to deliver to the desired location.

UNSUITABLE RETURNS

If for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your items, contact us via email (hello@olivinedesign.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt. All returns must be returned undamaged and unused in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and labels. You have 14 working days from receipt of your items to return.For returns please send to our studio address using a tracked service with a courier of your choice and retain proof of postage. Please note that ‘Olivine Design LLP’  is not responsible for returns costs, or returned items if lost by a courier. Please note bespoke items cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds must be refunded to the customers original form of payment.

FAULTY RETURNS

On the rare occasion that there is an issue with an item, please do not hesitate to let us know. Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we only replace like for like, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. Please send photos of the fault via email (hello@olivinedesign.co.uk) stating the issue and your order details.

Any claims for transport and installation damage must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Standard manufacturer warranties are not affected by this.

EXCHANGES

Please note bespoke items cannot be exchanged. For other items, please follow the returns process for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at your convenience as a separate transaction. Please note that ‘Olivine Design LLP’ is not responsible for returns costs, or returned items if lost by a courier. Delivery costs for the new item will apply if applicable.
